We rebranded from EAS, my initials, because Reliant is much larger than just me. Reliant operates under a team approach and therefore no one person is more important than the other. This is how we operate our business and this is how we approach our partnership with your business.

We remain a “boutique” fund administrator that believes what sets us apart is our connection to our clients and ability to provide services that go beyond the scope of work and creativity of most other fund administrators. We are more than just an outsourced service provider, but rather an extension of your management team and provide assistance at the Controller and CFO level. We are all about solutions for our clients beginning with structure formation and review of legal agreements while clearly outlining the economic and tax consequences of these documents through the sunset of the fund.

With an expanding team of 30+ professionals, Reliant presently administers approximately 30 clients with over $7 billion in AUA. Reliant firmly plans to continue to grow in meaningful and strategic ways as we strive to meet our goal of becoming one of the industry’s leading Fund Administrators. Our current management team has a combined 90 years of experience with the majority of those years dedicated to the specialty of Private Equity and Venture Fund Administration Services along with outsourced Controller and CFO support.
